1. About Us

Goggsy’s Goodies is a UK-based small baking business producing freshly made baked goods, including bespoke cakes, cupcakes, boxes, and subscription products.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • An order is only confirmed once payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • Full payment is required in advance for all orders.

  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Bespoke & Custom Orders

  • Bespoke and customised items are made specifically to your requirements.

  • Design reference images are used as inspiration only; exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

  • Minor variations in colour, decoration, size, or finish are normal and not considered faults.

5. Allergens & Dietary Information

  • Our kitchen handles allergens including (but not limited to): gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, peanuts, soy, and sulphites.

  • While we may cater to certain dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or intolerances before placing an order.

  • Goggsy’s Goodies accepts no liability for allergic reactions where allergen information has been provided.

6. Collection & Delivery

  • Collection or delivery details will be agreed at the time of ordering.

  • Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time.

  • Late collections may affect product quality, for which we cannot be held responsible.

  • Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the product has been collected or delivered.

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our products:

  • No refunds or returns are offered on any cakes, bakes, subscriptions, or online orders once they have been collected or delivered.

  • This includes dissatisfaction based on personal taste, design interpretation, or change of mind.

  • Bespoke and personalised orders are non-refundable once production has started.

If there is an issue with your order:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

  • Clear photos and details may be required.

  • Any resolution (refund, replacement, or goodwill gesture) is at our discretion.

8. Subscriptions

  • Subscription payments are taken automatically at the agreed interval.

  • Subscription contents may vary and are selected by Goggsy’s Goodies.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date; once charged, that period is non-refundable.

  • Missed collections or deliveries do not entitle the customer to a refund.

9. Storage & Product Care

  • Storage and care instructions should be followed once products are collected or delivered.

  • We are not responsible for deterioration or damage caused by improper storage, transport, or handling after handover.

10. Liability

  • Goggsy’s Goodies’ liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment or event disruption.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, branding, and designs remain the intellectual property of Goggsy’s Goodies and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
