Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with Goggsy’s Goodies, including bespoke orders, Cake Shed purchases, online orders, and subscriptions.

Collection

Most of our products are collection only.

  • Collection details (date, time, and location) will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

  • Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time.

  • Late or missed collections may affect product quality, for which we cannot be held responsible.

  • Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once it has been collected.

Delivery (Online Orders Only)

All local orders are collection only. Postal orders (including Mystery Boxes [Postal]) are shipped via courier.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the order may be returned or disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

  • Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once delivered.

Shipping

  • We do not currently offer nationwide postal shipping for bespoke cakes.

  • Shipping is only available for Mystery Box postal orders.

  • Where shipping is offered for specific products, details will be clearly provided at the point of purchase.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods:

  • We do not accept returns on any cakes, bakes, subscriptions, or online orders.

Refunds

  • No refunds are offered once an order has been collected or delivered.

  • This includes dissatisfaction based on taste, appearance, design interpretation, or change of mind.

  • Bespoke and personalised orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Issues With Your Order

If there is a genuine issue with your order:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

  • Clear photos and details may be required.

  • Any resolution (refund, replacement, or goodwill gesture) is at the sole discretion of Goggsy’s Goodies.

Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders are charged automatically at the agreed interval.

  • Once a subscription payment has been taken, that order is non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date.

  • Missed collections or deliveries do not entitle the customer to a refund.

Storage & Product Care

  • Storage instructions should be followed where provided.

  • We are not responsible for damage or deterioration caused by improper storage, transport, or handling after collection or delivery.
