When is the Cake Shed open?
The Cake Shed is open Friday to Sunday, 8am–8pm.
It’s fully stocked first thing in the morning and topped up where possible throughout the day — although once something’s gone, it’s gone (and popular bakes don’t hang around long!).

How do I pay for Cake Shed bakes?
Payment is made via our honesty system.
Inside the shed you’ll find:
An honesty box (cash)
QR codes for BACS and PayPal
All payment details are clearly displayed in the shed.
Is everything homemade?
Yes — absolutely everything is baked by me (Amy) in my own kitchen using quality ingredients.
No mass production, no shortcuts — just proper homemade bakes.
Do you cater for allergens?
Yes, with important notes:
I can cater for the top 14 allergens for bespoke cakes, provided this is discussed before ordering.
I also regularly bake Free From the top 14 allergens items for the Cake Shed.
However, my kitchen does handle allergens, so while care is taken, I cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
If you have allergies or intolerances, please contact me before purchasing.
Can I reserve items from the Cake Shed?
No — the Cake Shed works on a first come, first served basis.
If you want something guaranteed, a bespoke order is the best option.
Do you offer bespoke cakes and bakes?
Yes! I specialise in bespoke cakes and bakes for birthdays, events, and special occasions.
Just get in touch with your ideas and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final once items have been collected or delivered.
